Privacy
Last updated 15 August 2026
This policy covers omnihubcrm.app, the website you are reading now. It does not cover the OmniHub CRM software itself, which runs at app.omnihubcrm.app and handles data under its own terms. Those are two different things and this page is only honest if it says so plainly.
What this website collects
Nothing.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels and no third-party fonts. There is no external JavaScript on any page. Nobody outside our own servers is told that you visited, because nothing on the page asks anybody.
You can check this rather than take our word for it: open the network tab in your browser and reload. Every request goes to omnihubcrm.app or to media.omnihubcrm.app, which is where the videos and images are stored.
The one exception: logging in
The home page has a login form. When you type your email address and press Continue, that email address is sent to app.omnihubcrm.app so you do not have to type it twice.
Your password is never typed on this website and never passes through it. It is collected on the app itself, where it is checked. That is a deliberate choice: handling a password here would mean holding it here, and we would rather not hold it at all.
What the app does is separate
Once you are logged in, you are using the OmniHub CRM software, not this website. The software stores your contacts, conversations, calendar and payment records, because that is what it is for. Its handling of that data is governed by the terms you agreed when your account was set up, not by this page.
If you want to know what the software holds about your customers, ask LaunchLocal, who set up and run your account.
Server logs
This site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs — the kind every web server keeps. Those records include IP addresses and are held by Cloudflare under its own terms, for security and for keeping the site up. We do not build profiles from them and we do not sell them.
Where this applies
OmniHub CRM is sold and supported in the United States. This site is not built for European data-protection law, and if you are reading it from outside the United States it may not meet your local requirements.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not quietly edit it and leave the old date sitting there.
